2. Data We Collect

Motion Marker is designed to minimize data collection.

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not ask you to provide your name, address, phone number, or similar profile information inside the app.
• Videos and markups you create in Motion Marker are intended to remain on your device unless you choose to export, share, or back them up through services you control.
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
• We do not use third-party analytics SDKs.

3. Subscription and Payments

Motion Marker offers an auto-renewable subscription through Apple’s App Store. Payments, free trials, renewals, and cancellations are processed and managed by Apple, not by Studio Einak.

• We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
• We may receive limited transaction status information from Apple, such as whether a subscription is active, for the purpose of unlocking Pro features.

4. How We Use Information

If we receive limited subscription status information from Apple, we use it only to:

• confirm whether Pro features should be available,
• provide app functionality related to your subscription, and
• respond to support requests if you contact us.

5. Advertising and Tracking

Motion Marker does not include third-party advertising and is not designed to track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

6. Data Storage

App content such as imported videos, markups, and project-related data is intended to be stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export it. If you back up your device through Apple or another service you use, that backup is governed by the terms and privacy practices of that service.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing.

Because Motion Marker is designed to collect very little personal data and does not require an account, our ability to identify and retrieve data linked to you may be limited unless you contact us with sufficient detail.

8. Children’s Privacy

Motion Marker is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to provide consent on their own. If you believe that personal information has been provided to us in violation of applicable law, please contact us.

9. International Users

Motion Marker may be made available worldwide through the App Store. If you contact us from outside Japan, your message and any related information may be processed in Japan or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

1. 概要

本プライバシーポリシーは、アプリおよび関連ウェブサイトをご利用いただく際の情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

2. 収集する情報

Motion Marker は、個人情報の収集を最小限に抑える設計です。

• アプリ内でアカウント登録は不要です。
• 氏名・住所・電話番号などの個人情報の入力を求めることはありません。
• アプリ内で作成した動画やマークアップは、ユーザーが共有・書き出し・バックアップを行わない限り、端末内に保存されます。
• サードパーティの広告 SDK は使用していません。
• サードパーティの分析 SDK は使用していません。

3. サブスクリプションと支払い

Motion Marker の Pro 機能は、Apple App Store を通じた自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供されます。決済・無料トライアル・更新・解約はすべて Apple が管理し、当方が処理するものではありません。

• 当方はクレジットカード情報等の支払い情報を受け取ったり保持したりすることはありません。
• Pro 機能の提供可否を確認するため、Apple からサブスクリプションの有効状態などの限定的な情報を受け取る場合があります。

4. 情報の利用目的

Apple から受け取る限定的なサブスクリプション情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用します。

• Pro 機能の利用可否の確認
• サブスクリプションに関連するアプリ機能の提供
• お問い合わせへの対応

5. 広告とトラッキング

Motion Marker にはサードパーティ広告は含まれておらず、広告目的でユーザーをアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで追跡する設計にはなっていません。

6. データの保存

読み込んだ動画・マークアップ・プロジェクトデータは、共有・書き出しを行わない限り端末内に保存されます。Apple やその他のサービスによるデバイスバックアップを使用する場合、そのバックアップはそれぞれのサービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

7. お客様の権利

お住まいの地域によっては、個人データへのアクセス・修正・削除・処理の制限・ポータビリティ・異議申し立て等の権利が認められる場合があります。Motion Marker はアカウント不要かつデータ収集を最小限にしているため、特定の個人に紐づくデータの特定・取得には限界がある場合があります。ご希望の場合は、詳細をご連絡ください。

8. 子供のプライバシー

Motion Marker は、適用法令が定める同意年齢に満たない子供を対象としていません。法令に違反する形で子供の個人情報が提供されたと思われる場合は、当方までご連絡ください。

9. 海外からのご利用

Motion Marker は App Store を通じて世界各地でご利用いただけます。日本国外からお問い合わせいただいた場合、その内容は日本またはサービス提供に関わる拠点で処理される場合があります。

10. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは適宜更新することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページの施行日を更新し、必要に応じて別途通知します。
